Organization: Hidaya Islamic Organization
Position Title: Manager
Location: Furi, Oromia Region
Salary: Negotiation
Position Type: Full-time
Number of Positions: 1 (Male)

Hidaya Islamic Organization is seeking a committed and qualified individual for the position of Manager. This role requires a person who fears Allah, understands the challenges faced by the Muslim community, and is dedicated to making a positive impact.

Key Qualifications:
✅Fluent in Arabic, English and Amharic ( Guragigna ,  it is encouraged )

✅Excellent communication skills with the public and stakeholders

✅Strong ability to basic computer knowledge

✅Deep understanding of the social and religious concerns of the Muslim community

✅Proven commitment to hard work and integrity

✅Strong Islamic character and fear of Allah (Taqwa)

Responsibilities:

❇️Lead and manage organizational programs and staff

❇️Represent the organization in community and public engagements

❇️Oversee multimedia and documentation tasks

❇️Identify community issues and develop effective solutions

❇️Collaborate with Islamic scholars, institutions, and other stakeholders.

🔂Who can pass the gate exam

Educational Level
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BSc) in either of the following fields
🔂Management / Business Administration
🔂Public Administration
🔂Nonprofit Management
🔂Organizational Leadership


NOTE
A certificate or diploma in Islamic Leadership, NGO Management, or Project Management can be listed as a bonus qualification.
